Mike is the President of Tacoma Engineers and has managed some of Tacoma’s largest industrial and commercial projects, since joining the company in 1986. He has overseen the strategic planning and business management of the firm, while also developing Tacoma’s culture of being the company customers and employees come to because of the way they are treated, listened to, and looked after. One of Mike’s core objectives is to grow employee ownership at Tacoma Engineers.
